Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
MatchMetre (matchmetre.com) is operated by Uğur Meleke (“we”). Contact for all privacy matters: info@matchmetre.com.
2. What we collect
Only what you enter in the early-access form: name, email address, your role (coach, club, agent or user), country, club (optional), the topics you are interested in, the language of your browser, and your consent with its date and time. There are no user accounts yet. This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics and shows no ads.
3. Why we use it
To contact you about the launch of MatchMetre and to understand who is interested in it. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
4. Legal basis
Your explicit consent (Article 5/1 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time.
5. Service providers and where data is processed
- Supabase: database where form entries are stored.
- Netlify: hosting of this website.
- Google Fonts: fonts are loaded from Google servers, so your IP address reaches Google when the page loads.
These providers may process data on servers outside Türkiye and the European Economic Area.
6. How long we keep it
Until you withdraw your consent, or for 12 months after you signed up, whichever comes first. After that we delete your entry.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email info@matchmetre.com and we will answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or to the data protection authority in your country.
8. Security
The form can only add entries; the list of entries cannot be read from the website. Access to the database is limited to the site owner.
9. Coach profiles and emails about them
Coach pages on MatchMetre show publicly available football information: name, nationality, date of birth, clubs, matches and statistics, obtained from a licensed sports data provider (API-Sports). If you click “This coach is me” or “Report an error”, your email app opens with a pre-filled message to info@matchmetre.com. Nothing is sent from the website itself. If you send that email, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and use it only to verify the claim or fix the error and to reply to you. We keep these emails as long as needed for that purpose, and delete them on request. You can ask us to correct or remove information on a coach page by emailing the same address.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, the date above will be updated.

2. Hangi verileri topluyoruz
Yalnızca erken erişim formuna kendi girdiğin bilgiler: ad soyad, e-posta adresi, rolün (teknik adam, kulüp, menajer ya da kullanıcı), ülke, kulüp (isteğe bağlı), ilgilendiğin konular, tarayıcı dilin ve onayın ile onay tarihi ve saati. Henüz kullanıcı hesabı yok. Bu web sitesi çerez kullanmaz, analiz aracı kullanmaz ve reklam göstermez.
3. Neden kullanıyoruz
MatchMetre'nin açılışı hakkında seninle iletişim kurmak ve kimlerin ilgilendiğini anlamak için. Verilerini satmıyoruz ve reklam amacıyla paylaşmıyoruz.
4. Hukuki dayanak
Açık rızan (6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu madde 5/1 ve GDPR madde 6(1)(a)). Rızanı istediğin zaman geri alabilirsin.
5. Hizmet sağlayıcılar ve verinin işlendiği yer
- Supabase: form kayıtlarının saklandığı veritabanı.
- Netlify: bu web sitesinin barındırılması.
- Google Fonts: yazı tipleri Google sunucularından yüklenir, bu yüzden sayfa açılırken IP adresin Google'a ulaşır.
Bu sağlayıcılar verileri Türkiye ve Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı dışındaki sunucularda işleyebilir.
6. Ne kadar saklıyoruz
Rızanı geri alana kadar ya da kaydolduğun tarihten itibaren 12 ay boyunca, hangisi önce gelirse. Sonrasında kaydını sileriz.
7. Hakların
Hakkında hangi verilerin tutulduğunu öğrenmeyi, düzeltilmesini, silinmesini, işlenmesinin sınırlandırılmasını ya da buna itiraz etmeyi isteyebilir, rızanı her zaman geri alabilirsin. info@matchmetre.com adresine yaz, 30 gün içinde cevap veririz. Ayrıca Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu'na (KVKK) ya da ülkendeki veri koruma otoritesine şikâyet edebilirsin.
8. Güvenlik
Form yalnızca kayıt ekleyebilir, kayıt listesi web sitesinden okunamaz. Veritabanına erişim site sahibiyle sınırlıdır.
9. Teknik direktör sayfaları ve bunlarla ilgili e-postalar
MatchMetre'deki teknik direktör sayfaları, lisanslı bir spor verisi sağlayıcısından (API-Sports) alınan, kamuya açık futbol bilgilerini gösterir: ad, uyruk, doğum tarihi, kulüpler, maçlar ve istatistikler. “Bu teknik direktör benim” ya da “Hata bildir” düğmesine tıklarsan e-posta uygulaman, info@matchmetre.com adresine hazır bir mesajla açılır. Web sitesinin kendisinden hiçbir şey gönderilmez. Bu e-postayı gönderirsen e-posta adresin ve yazdıkların bize ulaşır; bunları yalnızca talebi doğrulamak, hatayı düzeltmek ve sana yanıt vermek için kullanırız. Bu e-postaları amaç için gerektiği süre saklar, istersen sileriz. Bir teknik direktör sayfasındaki bilginin düzeltilmesini ya da kaldırılmasını aynı adrese yazarak isteyebilirsin.
10. Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı değiştirirsek yukarıdaki tarih güncellenir.
